How to keep your sanity when stuck in Metro Manila traffic

Surviving traffic  in Metro Manila  is  a  test  of  patience,  an exercise  in  anger management.

Here are some tips  from  Ellen Tordesillas   she’d  like to share to her  fellow  sufferers:

1.Text and call.

It’s the time to send text messages or make that you should have done earlier but were not able to do because you were attending to some other things.

After an hour, you would have accomplished a lot. Time not wasted.

2.Count your blessings.
 Think of worse situations that you and your friends had been in and survived.

3.Pray the rosary.

A Piece Of Heaven On Earth

Just  three months  ago,I got the chance to visit this Island  and thought I was in heaven, or just dreaming or just having  a very long  deep sleep that I'd prefer not to wake up.. People who'd like to experience heaven on earth will certainly point  to  BORACAY as the place to be..The Island's pristine waters, serene surroundings will definitely make every heart fall in love..These are just  one of the  many reasons why I love my country..It has a lot to offer when you have an urgent need to unwind..

I can bring bring myself anywhere without any hindrance..and still enjoyed every bit of being alone..YES ALONE! This island, boast a sugary white  sand and  azure blue water and had been known as
" the finest beach in the World"   The surrounding water is shallow and  the sand is finer and brighter than most  beaches in the archipelago. White Beach  is so, soooo fine, it feels like treading  on miles of baby powder!

The island paradise of Boracay is a  perfect place for water-sports. Here,  you can partake in a smorgasbord of  exhilarating aqua action - from swimming  and snorkeling to scuba diving, windsurfing, sail-boating, kayaking,  board-sailing, and boating...

My being a Mountaineer  had push me from below to go on and discover more of my country.. I had enjoyed our night trekking as well as horseback riding before....

For a while, I had set aside my being ME..code in Boracay is strictly informal..Walking barefoot than
shod is the rule rather than the exception.. No one will keep an eye with what you
are wearing..LOL The island is ideal for beach bumming,  relaxing, and simply lazing around. At the end of the day, unwind with a  relaxing massage.

The picture-perfect tropical island of Boracay offers flat-water speed sailing,  wave jumping, and long-board cruising.  White Beach, shielded from the amihan,  or northeast monsoon, is for beginners  like me..

By the way according to what the locals  have told me ,Kalibo, the capital town of  the province of Aklan, is the gateway
 to Boracay Island – Paradise Island of  the Philippines. Aklan, dubbed as  “Land of the Atis,” is the oldest province  in the Philippines. It was organized in  1213 by settlers from Borneo, as the  Minuro it Akean to include what is now  Capiz.

Aklan became an independent province when President Magsaysay signed into  law on April 25, 1956, Republic  Act 1414 separating Aklan from Capiz.  Aklan was inaugurated as an independent

Sunset In Boracay

I am not a professional photographer not even a professional writer but I love watching the sunset and taking picture of it..when there's some chances , I looked forward to view  the sunset at the rooftop of our school bldg .. the  beautiful"Sunset at  Manila Bay".. 

Now, traveling alone in Boracay had given me a great chance  to communed with nature and watch this beautiful Sunset. Relaxing by the beach is almost a gift...:)

Boracay  is located on the western part of Panay Island. The powdery sand makes this Island so attractive  among tourist.. Locals are hospitable, kind and helpful.. They can help you  choose different  water activities  available on the  white beach, like scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, Kiteboarding/ kitesurfing  and cliff diving and sailing:)

I have a Friend, we called each other "  soul mate".. we had kept our friendship for years ...a real and genuine friendship... its the trust between friendship that binds us together... that's  the way how I understand what friendship meant  for  us...

Its amazing to  know that REAL friendship do really exist everywhere even on  social site.. a Genuine one....His wife and kids knew me well . They knew my family well too. We dont keep secrets .. they knew how stubborn I am, how stupid I maybe...

We always keep some minutes of the day to say " hello" hi"  in spite of .our time differences.... when the sun is up on his end, I am about to say goodnite... and he should be working though...

he knew when someone scares me... when someone shoo me away ... he  knew how my
sweetness flow.. my rudeness to some...

I've been through some rough edges... and yet he is always there for me... he heard how I cried when moments are too tough... he and his wife saw how my hair have grown and turns some into gray.. lol ..

A very protective friend, I must say.... he is happy with all the things I'm happy with .... he never get jealous, nor mean with all those friends that I have... He always pray for me... for my happiness.. He is more concern that about my health.. safety...knowing  the place I work and live with.

He knew Im not perfect..and I don't intent to be one.. he just  accept  my imperfections.. it is where I live.... the real me...I Love expresses myself, my thoughts, my dreams , my desires, my laughter, my joys, my love....  all the components of my imperfections...his wife and kids  appreciated  me for who I am. ..They  knew some of my friends best,  who have kept me  and for years too.. Perhaps some are still wondering who the hell I am...lol

Some friends have seen me that I am a strong person.. Just be it that way... Lets save some mystery behind ... In in spite of those stuff, I  still have the soft side in  me.. am real... could easily get hurt too... am sensitive... Am very demonstrative.. just like any woman.... I love ROSES...

I love my freedom.. I enjoyed every minute of it.. Im happy for everything that I have... and do....
